Romantik Hotels and Restaurants cooperates with RateBoard
The well-known hotel cooperation Romantik Hotels & Restaurants with over 200 independent hotels and restaurants is now using the revenue management system from the Innsbruck-based company RateBoard to make it easier for its members to take the step towards digitization and to further improve their price strategy.

In order to fulfill the wishes and demands of today's travellers, the family-run traditional hotels offer unique hotel concepts of the highest quality. The approximately 200 hotels and restaurants are located across Europe in both rural and urban areas in ten countries. With revenue management supported by the RateBoard software, the hotel industry, which is characterized by fixed room price lists, says goodbye and has more leeway for flexible rates. The company has developed a smart algorithm that works with indicators such as length of stay, booking lead time and cancellations to identify future high-capacity peaks and bring more dynamics to pricing. At the end of the day, however, the individual hotelier has the last word and decides on the room price that is offered on the market. RateBoard is scalable and therefore equally helpful for all hotel operations, large or small. Revenue increases of 20% are not uncommon thanks to the intelligent price strategy.
