OPEN POSITIONS

(Senior) CRM-Manager (f/m/x)

Do you think in terms of processes, love data, and want to take our CRM foundation to the next level? Are you not satisfied with the status quo, but instead see efficient processes and AI-native systems as key drivers for sustainable scaling? Then you’ve come to the right place!

As a (Senior) CRM Manager (f/m/x), you’ll take on operational responsibility for our HubSpot ecosystem and continuously develop our CRM automation. Together with our management, you’ll design a future-proof CRM infrastructure, drive projects independently, and empower our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to unlock the full potential of our systems and data through smart enablement.

What to Expect

  • HubSpot Core Management: You’ll be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of our HubSpot CRM system across the entire customer journey—from lead to retention.
  • Process Automation: You’ll design and implement smart workflows and automations to boost our teams’ efficiency and optimize our lead nurturing processes.
  • AI Integration: Identifying and implementing AI-powered automations within the CRM environment, evaluating new AI tools, and integrating them into existing processes
  • Process Documentation: Documenting existing and newly developed business processes
  • System Integration: You’ll seamlessly integrate HubSpot with other tools and third-party systems and ensure an error-free data flow.
  • Data & Analytics: You build customized dashboards and reports. Through continuous analysis of KPIs (e.g., MRR, conversions, or retention rate), you provide valuable insights for the entire team.
  • Enablement & Support: You are the first point of contact for internal CRM questions and coach our employees so they can make the best use of the system.
  • Governance & Data Protection: You monitor compliance with data protection guidelines (especially the GDPR) within the CRM system.

What We’re Looking for

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of solid professional experience with HubSpot and in CRM management.

  • AI Mindset: Using AI solutions like Gemini, Claude, and n8n is a natural part of your daily work.

  • Project Management Skills: You’re used to managing projects completely independently and on your own initiative—from the initial idea through to go-live.

  • Technical Mindset: You have an excellent technical understanding of system landscapes, data structures, and interfaces (APIs).

  • Work Style: You’re known for your high level of initiative, structured time management, and an extremely keen eye for detail.

  • Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German and have very good English skills.

What We Offer You

  • Real Impact: You’re not just a cog in the machine—you’re laying the foundation for our growth.

  • Creative freedom: An open environment with flat hierarchies where you can directly implement your own ideas and continuously develop your skills.

  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours and the perfect mix of remote work and office life (24 to 38.5 hours per week possible).

  • Workplace: A modern workplace right in downtown Innsbruck with excellent transportation connections.

  • Team & Culture: A fresh, dynamic SaaS team, a modern corporate culture, and regular, fun team events.

*The minimum gross salary for this position is €3,267.00 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week).

The actual salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.
